Overview
Mall 35 is a prominent development in Rawalpindi’s Saddar, which is a central commercial hub of the city. Given the area’s outlook and its saturation of commercial avenues, it was significant to design something that stood out and offered distinct benefits.
For this reason, we decided upon constructing the building with contemporary architecture. To match this façade, the building also features modern interiors and facilities. Furthermore, the design of the hotel apartments is based on the requirements of the Hotel One chain. The chain has specific standards that have been applied to the layout and interiors of each apartment in Mall 35.
Overall, this multipurpose project successfully delivers a unique lifestyle and residential experience in one of Rawalpindi’s popular locations.
